Welcome to Ocutech’s Order Center

Please note that to place an order with us, you must be a registered eye care professional with an established account.
PLEASE NOTE: Ocutech products are not available for direct patient purchases.

If you are an eye care professional and have an existing account, you may proceed with your order. If you are not yet registered with us, please contact us to establish your account. It’s quick and easy to do.

VA Ordering Information:

Ocutech is registered with the VA Central Contract Registration System (CCR). To place your order please complete a downloadable PDF order form to submit to your Prosthetics Department for processing.

If this is your first Ocutech order, please have your Prosthetics Department contact Ocutech at 800-326-6460 x 102 or email customer service for DUNS/TPIN number and additional vendor information.

International Ordering Information:

International customers may complete and fax a downloadable PDF order form or place an order online. Ocutech will provide a Proforma Invoice for your order. Orders must be prepaid via Wire Transfer or Credit Card before your order can be processed. Please contact Ocutech at +1-919-967-6460 x 102 or email customer service for wiring instructions and other questions.
