VA Ordering Information:

Ocutech is registered with the VA Central Contract Registration System (CCR). To place your order please complete a downloadable PDF order form to submit to your Prosthetics Department for processing.

If this is your first Ocutech order, please have your Prosthetics Department contact Ocutech at 1-800-326-6460 x 102 or email customer service for DUNS/TPIN number and additional vendor information.
